Non-Machine-Washable Shoes

I love these shoes, I recommend sizing up one size from your typical Saguaro shoe size as these are tiny bit too small for me. Saguaro customer service was excellent and I am exchanging for a new pair which I cannot wait to receive. The width is nice and comfortable, the suede exterior is soft and the foot bed is nice and comfortable. Can’t wait to use them this summer

Comfortable right out of the box. The thing I love the most about barefoot shoes is they take no breaking in. Whether wearing with the heel strap on, or folded forward, the snug fit keeps them firmly on your feet. Will buy again.

The first pair I bought broke within an hour of wearing them. You exchanged them for this pair which are so badly made I can't believe they came from the same company. I've been buying shoes from you since 2023 and am horrified to discover that I dont have an option to get a refund on this last pair. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere in future.

Love these . Very comfortable, easy to get on and off with no need to unbuckle straps. Wearing now in winter both with and without tights. I imagine they will also be cool enough in summer because of the open work design. Great neutral colour, works with many outfits and sits nicely on the more dressy/ less sporty side of the barefoot range at an affordable price.

My whole family has been buying saguaro for years. There is seven of us so we have bought a lot. This pair was terrible felt very cheaply made did not have good materials and the strap broke the first day I wore them out.

The fastening of the buttons used for the tie needs to be stronger. They've only been worn a few times before it came apart.

Within 5 minutes of walking with the strap behind my heel the rivet pulled apart. It’s such a shame because they’re lovely and so comfortable. I’m sending them back sadly and I’m reluctant to order a new pair as I imagine the same would happen.

I’m expecting to be either refunded or offered a solution to the heel strap problem. I’m not sure how this product is even being sold, it’s as if it never went through any testing at all because the straps brake almost instantly. I haven’t even had time to try out the shoe yet. I am going to have to find a new grommet and try to fix them myself. I’m not paying even more money to find a cobbler to fix them. That’s crazy.

I love these slip ons! A great addition to my barefoot shoe collection. I started of with Sagauros when I started my barefoot journey three years ago and have tried several brands but have looped back round to them. Just bought a pair of winter puffer boots as well and love them.
Very disappointed in these shoes. Initially they were comfortable, but the grommet attaching the strap to the shoe detached almost immediately. At first I was sort of able to reattach it but it completely pulled put of the shoe, not long after receiving them. When I attempted to return them, I received a message that I was unable to, despite only having them little over a week or so. Hopefully I can save someone the same disappointment.
I really loved these shoes when they arrived but unfortunately the quality is really bad. My first pair the back strap came off on the first day of wearing them. Customer service was good and they sent out a replacement pair as I requested. The 2nd pair did the exact same thing after only a few wears too! I was offered a 50% refund or a £30 voucher even though I had paid £43.20 for the shoes so that was slightly disappointing. Wish I had requested a full refund on the original pair rather than risking it with a 2nd pair!

The quality of this item is very poor. I wanted to like this shoe because of the barefoot design but there is so much needed improvement. I bought my husband and I both a pair. We enjoyed wearing them for about 1 week before the strap on both our shoes came off and would not click back together. We ended up super gluing them to try and keep the strap together which didn’t help. The customer service was very prompt and helpful when we reached out with these issues. We opted to receive replacement pairs and again the same issue with the strap happened, this time only after the second time wearing them. Save your money and find a different mule option because this one isn’t it. Also the material makes your feet super sweaty even when wearing socks.

Loved them until on my second time one of the straps disconnected
I used to live in flip flops over the summer. That started becoming impossible & I was finally diagnosed with MS. Walking well is a challenge. I bought these as an option in warm weather. They're perfect - no getting used to, no discomfort, they stay secure & feel comfortable underfoot. I was nervous about the strap after other reviews but so far so good. Love them!

I’ve had these for a few weeks, and I love them. So far, I find them to be comfortable and well made. I primarily wear them around the house, so I can’t say whether they will hold up to more wear and tear, but no complaints.
These clogs are extremely comfortable. The adjustable strap ensures a great fit. Very stylish. A true barefoot clog.

So far so good! The first order one of the straps broke soon after getting them. They were able to correct the issue immediately and sent me a new pair for no additional charge and this second pair has worked really well! Would definitely recommend.
Je suis vraiment déçue du produit. Je l'ai ai porter 3 jours et jai du réparer l'attache de coter ainsi que la boucle pour choisir la grandeur. Elles m'ont lâcher en pleins milieu de la rue alors que je n'avais rien dautres ! Elles sont très belles mais je trouve quelle manque de finition.

Even though there was dunnage in the toes, the mules were smashed and had to be stuffed for 3 days to get them to stay open. Also the insole was only partly glued down. Would have preferred a removeable one.
