RETURN & EXCHANGE

At Saguaro®, we strive to deliver amazing products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We provide a 30-day warranty on all products.

Return process:

  • Please submit a return request on our quick returns and exchanges page and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  • After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
  • Hand in your package at the local post office.
  • Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We only accept returns that are shipped and sold by saguaro.com.
  • We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
  • We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.
  • Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out. We are not responsible for returning non-Saguaro products. Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Attention: Only one return or exchange per order, unless under special circumstances.

  • We promise delivery within 30 days or refund you $6.

Please contact us if you wish to return items to the nearest return address. You will receive an answer as soon as possible.
