Return process
- Please contact us on our website and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
- After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
- Hand in your package at the local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Policy
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- We only accept returns that are shipped and sold by saguaro.com.
- We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
- We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.
- Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out. We are not responsible for returning non-Saguaro products. Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
