At Saguaro®, we strive to deliver amazing products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We provide a 30-day warranty on all products.

Return process:

  • Please submit a return request on our quick returns and exchanges page and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  • After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
  • Hand in your package at the local post office.
  • Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Change or cancel your order before shipment

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can submit a request within 6 hours of placing the order through our self-service portal to:
1. change the shipping address
2. cancel the order
3. request an exchange

After 6 hours, or once the order is being processed or has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
    *For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, socks and toe separators are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold (except in cases of incorrect items or product defects).
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
    • Please use a shipping bag, not a carton.
  • We only accept returns that are shipped and sold by saguaro.com.
  • We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
  • We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.
  • Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out. We are not responsible for returning non-Saguaro products. Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Attention: Only one return or exchange per order, unless under special circumstances.

Thank you for choosing SAGUARO. To enhance your shopping experience, we offer the option to purchase shipping insurance on the checkout page. Here are the detailed explanations and conditions of the shipping insurance, especially regarding returns/exchanges:

  • Benefits of Shipping Insurance: Customers who purchase shipping insurance are entitled to free returns when the conditions for a return are met. We will cover the shipping costs for the items you send back to us.
  • Cost of Shipping Insurance: The cost of shipping insurance is 1.5% of the total order value and depends on the total amount of your purchase and the delivery location. Once purchased, the shipping insurance fee is non-refundable.
  • Important: In the event of a refund, only the amount corresponding to the product will be returned. Both the shipping insurance cost and the original shipping fees are excluded from the refund.
  • Return/Exchange Process: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the return/exchange process indicated on our website and ensure that the product meets the required conditions.
