Machine-Washable Shoes

- Placement: Put the shoes in a delicate wash bag (a pillowcase works too).
- Washing Cycle: Use cold water with mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
- Drying: Shake off excess water and air dry—avoid using a dryer.
Tip: The shoes will regain their original shape after one or two wears.
Non-Machine-Washable Shoes
For shoes that are not machine washable, gentle hand-cleaning is recommended to protect the materials and ensure longevity. Follow these steps:
- Surface Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the surface.
- Hand Washing: Mix a little warm water with mild detergent, and gently scrub the shoes with a soft brush.
- Wipe Down: Use a damp cloth to wipe away any excess cleaning solution.

Great shoes
I absolutely loved the boots I ordered but was super sad that they were just a little small for both my kids, even though I ordered them in their regular saguaro size. I would have exchanged them for the next size or a different winter boot but nothing was available. Their daily shoes are the barefoot smart shoes which are wonderful. We have had over 10 pairs of them! We tend to order from Amazon for quick delivery. We love your company!

These are great for my very active kindergartener. He wears these to school every day and they’ve held up well. He says they’re comfortable and liked that they’re easy to put on and adjust the fit. Definitely recommend.

I really love these winter shoes overall for my 5 year old. They seem like they are extremely comfortable and natural feeling for him. However, the zipper has proven to be difficult to get up and down, so he often needs help getting them on and off.

Great shoes, my sonn loves them. They are a little tricky for him to put on, but are super comfortable.
My is daughter autistic and due to her high tactile sensitivity we struggle to find shoes and anything that she can get onto her feet. These shoes looked soft but there were too stiff. The Jumpy boot works so much better and with no socks. :)

The shoes arrived very late. The shoes are for a 5 year old but is very hard to put on and take off. Even though there is a velcro across, my 5 year old cannot just wear it by opening the velcro, he also has to unzip the side and zip it back up, then velcro the side zip and then velcro across. The side zip is hard to zip up for an adult, let alone a 5 year old. He wore it when it was wet out and they got soaking wet and didn't dry for days. I would not recommend this product to anyone or buy it again.

Really like the boots. Good flexibility and great toe box. Love the green colour too For the price I would have expected them to come in a shoe box but the fabric bag. Would buy more if they were slightly cheaper as young kids grown so quickly we need new shoes every 6 months it becomes very costly. Overall extremely happy though

The size chart may be *inaccurate*, the pair of shoes I got were *shorter* than declared (or they were mislabelled), but the Customer Service is great. Despite buying a pair one size larger than needed (the foot fits EU34 size, but to be sure I ordered EU35), the shoes were still too short, so finally I had to get a EU36 size. Fortunately the Customer Service acknowledged Saguaro's mistake and took care of the problem.
