Machine-Washable Shoes
Our machine-washable shoes are made with durable materials that can withstand a gentle wash cycle. To preserve their quality and ensure proper cleaning, follow these steps:
- Pre-Wash: Remove the laces and insoles.
- Placement: Put the shoes in a delicate wash bag (a pillowcase works too).
- Washing Cycle: Use cold water with mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
- Drying: Shake off excess water and air dry—avoid using a dryer.
Tip: The shoes will regain their original shape after one or two wears.
Non-Machine-Washable Shoes
For shoes that are not machine washable, gentle hand-cleaning is recommended to protect the materials and ensure longevity. Follow these steps:
- Surface Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the surface.
- Hand Washing: Mix a little warm water with mild detergent, and gently scrub the shoes with a soft brush.
- Wipe Down: Use a damp cloth to wipe away any excess cleaning solution.
- Drying: Remove the insoles and air dry the shoes at room temperature—avoid direct sunlight and radiators.
Note: Some materials, such as canvas or faux leather, may lose their shape or get damaged if machine washed.

This is my second review for these shoes. It has not been a week yet since we got them on the post and the velcro has broken already. Super bad quality please avoid. Also the company has not reached to me yet with a response after i contacted them via email and submitted the first review. Hence after my experience I can say this company is not serious and they don't care about customers.
Got these for my daughter to wear indoor at school. She tends to walk on her tiptoes and unfortunately they didn't hold up. Tares on both shoes. Disappointed

Solidly good grip and comfy and looks decent. So far Velcro is holding up

One size smaller, thus had to ask for exchange, which was well organised and smoothly. Except I am still waiting for refund of shipping costs, it’s been a month.

Our little boy loves his new shoes keeps them by his bed puts them on upon waking. He has wide feet and these accommodate his feet without being bulky making them perfect for trail running something he loves to do.
The size doesn't match the length of the shoe, it expected to have shoes larger. Last year I bought two pairs of saguaro shoes for kids in 26 and 28 sizes, and this year I have bought one more pair, in 27. But the received shoes despite the size written on the shoes, actual size is 26, not 27. Shoe length match the one bought last year. Disappointed.
My kid loves the color and the fit, super comfortable and he can finally walk normally again.
The customer service over email is quick. Unfortunately this shoe was too small for us. The sizes run small.

I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting for a return label. I feel that the forms wouldn’t let me finish them so I emailed y’all back to let you know and this day I still have not been sent a return label and now it might be too late for me to return which is a crap I want my 9 1/2 women’s and you could have these back. I don’t have kids and I’m not a kid.. I am not kidding about getting no response back. It’s really making me very very angry. You would think that people there would know to do that. I’ve emailed ! I emailed and emailed and sent me back emails but nothing about the return label. Is the first reason and only reason I was emailing y’all was for the return. Beautiful shoes! My 6 year old wild child has been wearing these hard and rough for two weeks, they still look brand new. He says they’re very comfortable and they look cool. Highly recommend.

This is the 3rd order where the shoes are incorrectly sized. We hav been using Saguaro for over a year with no issues but this has happened now 3 times in a row. Definitely something going wrong in the factory.
Ordered these for my son and he absolutely loves them! Very easy to put on and take off and a light shoe. Quick to dry after he plays in water which is great. I have the adult version and he loves that we match. Would recommend.

This shoe is smaller than the previous model we bought even though they are both the same size EU25, not as good as other models.
My son loves them. He says it makes him go ‘fast’
Sizing was incorrect - the size 25 ordered was actually smaller than the size 24. However I have ordered previously and found the shoe to be lovely, light and flexible for my little one's feet. They've also held up well against day to day wear.
