Return Process
Please contact us on our website, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
Hand in your package at the local post office.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We only accept returns that are shipped and sold by saguaro.com.
We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.
Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out. We are not responsible for returning non-Saguaro products. Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

I ordered four pairs of the replacement inserts for the 4 pairs of barefoot shoes that I purchased for my grandsons. They are 6 years old and they ONLY where these shoes! I will be buying more as they grow, but LOVE these shoes!! I need to buy the replacement inserts because they literally wear these every day/all day and wore them right out of the shoes!

One of my kids plays hard and wears out his soles before he grows out of his shoes. So, I am so glad there is an option to replace the soles. Rather than having to buy new shoes every time.
My daughter loves her Saguaro shoes so much that she blew through the insoles that came with them in a single summer of constant wear/play. The rest of the shoes look good as new, so I ordered these replacement insoles. They fit well in her shoes and seem to be a bit more durable than the pairs that come in the shoes.

Regarding the shoe size issue, we would like to ask you to confirm if you have differentiated between men's and women's shoe sizes when choosing your size, as there are certain differences between men's and women's shoe sizes that may result in a misfit.
