Machine-Washable Shoes
Our machine-washable shoes are made with durable materials that can withstand a gentle wash cycle. To preserve their quality and ensure proper cleaning, follow these steps:
- Pre-Wash: Remove the laces and insoles.
- Placement: Put the shoes in a delicate wash bag (a pillowcase works too).
- Washing Cycle: Use cold water with mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
- Drying: Shake off excess water and air dry—avoid using a dryer.
Tip: The shoes will regain their original shape after one or two wears.
Non-Machine-Washable Shoes
For shoes that are not machine washable, gentle hand-cleaning is recommended to protect the materials and ensure longevity. Follow these steps:
- Surface Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the surface.
- Hand Washing: Mix a little warm water with mild detergent, and gently scrub the shoes with a soft brush.
- Wipe Down: Use a damp cloth to wipe away any excess cleaning solution.
- Drying: Remove the insoles and air dry the shoes at room temperature—avoid direct sunlight and radiators.
Note: Some materials, such as canvas or faux leather, may lose their shape or get damaged if machine washed.

having had a pair of Saguaro for a while it was a bit disappointing to find these too tight for me evidently the same sized suede effect shoe is much tighter than the smart 1 or smart 11 frustratingly had to go back.

I don't normally leave reviews - but I just really like these shoes! They feel like pajamas for my feet, but look good enough to wear to the office! All at a great price point. I will purchase saguaros again.
Great shoe, relaxed look and comfy as. For me this is one size up from my usual to make for a good fit (previous knowledge from past purchases).
Not my first rodeo here. Go one size up from say, Vivo, and your good to go. Very comfortable feel while hitting a very comfortable price point. Never had a quality issue with this brand. Just a wee narrower than some of the other brands in this space. Would absolutely recommend and buy again.

I ordered my shoes 1 size to small and they quickly found a bigger size and sent them to me with no charge Professional
They’re comfy enough, didn’t realize they were shiny, not a fan of that but otherwise they do the trick.
Nice build quality BUT they are not as wide as other Saguaro's and the sole is a bit more rigid so they will need some "break in" to get them fully comfortable. Size is tight so I'd reccommend going one size up when ordering. Order took 10 days to get to Australia so not bad.

Very comfy shoes. The toe box is wide enough to accommodate my bunions and still feel roomy.
Bought these for my 11 year old son, he loves them. I would have given 5 stars but we haven't had them long enough. I really hope they last him a year. He is very hard wearing when it comes to shoes, he's extremely active outdoors, running climbing .

Shoes are bit bigger (longer) than expected but super comfy. The only thing is that "shoelaces" are fixed and you can adjust only the last stretchy part. Love the colour and everything. Would wear them all the time if I can
