Great shoes--comfy and flexible, my son loves them but the little plastic tab at the end of the laces broke after about the 10th wear. Otherwise it would be 5 stars! Had to just tie a knot on the end of one lace.

Machine-Washable Shoes

These boots are a fantastic option for winter, fur lined and great grip. They look better when they arrived than online.
Size chart does not work and customer service does not solve my problem. According to it size chart, 31 is for 19,8cms Feet. But the size of the shoes is actually 19,8cms. So it is to small. Customer service says it is the maximum foot size. But on the size chart it is ritten « always refer to the actual measurements of your feet when consulting our size guide ». Wrong information and custom service stops answering me for solving it.
Gorgeous shoes, comfortable, wide toe box. A bit tricky to put on - hard to push foot in for a 3 year old, but overall a great purchase

I got there for my daughter. They are super warm and cosy! She is very fussy with her shoes but finds this make very comfortable. I also think they are well made and last a long time - much better quality that many high street brands. Would definitely order again!

My Daughter LOVES these boots. She has many choices of footwear but consistently puts these on. Comfortable, true to size and stylish.
My son loved the barefoot shoe but as it got colder I wanted him to have something warmer on and he was not happy about having to wear sneakers….but then I found these and he is loving them!! We live in Maine so it is cold in the winter and he can wear these to school and be perfectly comfortable.

The shoes are warm but they are SO difficult to put on. There is not enough space in the opening of the shoe and there is little available room to loosen the laces. It is a struggle every time we put them on to the point where I really don't want to use these shoes. I've enjoyed previous iterations, but these are not good for the busy shoe-on shoe-off life of a 4 year old.

As many people stated these run small and the design makes them very difficult to get on. I bought two pairs and purchased shipping insurance. I tried to initiate an exchange and was going to try another boot from this site. However you get automated replies, not an agent or person. After delays and unanswered emails I am just going to return them and go with someone else. However I still cannot get anyone to answer in regards to the shipping insurance, as I should be able to send them back one time for free, according to their own website. Very frustrating and has taken a long time for nothing. I have zero problem waiting for something to ship or arrive but I’ve been waiting days just for communication from a person not a machine. Won’t buy from them again

The shoe fits rather small feet. My child has a 32 in other Saguaro-shoes, but this one doesn't fit her feet in this size.

Very comfy for the kids
The shoes ere to tight and bulky around the tongue area despite the right length for the foot. Also too many eyelets for the laces. Top eyelets useless as make the shoe too tight. Laces too long and need to be cut. Tongue cut in a weird way - always twisting, disturbing. Very difficult to put on. Material quality and soles are great and the width as well. Just the rest of the design is just not good enough.

Boots are great and nice and warm inside. I think the next size up might have been better, I find them really hard to get on and so does my daughter. Not sure if this will change over time.
They're comfortable and super functional (warm, comfortable, grippy) once on, but OH MY GOD they are so difficult to get on my kid that I need to warn you against them. My husband and sometimes my kid flat out refuses to even try to put them on my kid and I find myself avoiding these shoes as well. The "low top" Saguaro Smart I shoes are much easier to put on and we'll stick with those until/unless this issue is fixed (and hopefully kiddo's feet don't get too chilly with the mesh), but it'd be amazing to have a warmer/winter shoe that's easier to put on than this one.
I am very happy with this boots. Are very comfy and resistant. The only things is that I always choose the wrong size. My son has change size just in 3 months.
