Our machine-washable shoes are made with durable materials that can withstand a gentle wash cycle. To preserve their quality and ensure proper cleaning, follow these steps:
Pre-Wash: Remove the laces and insoles.
Placement: Put the shoes in a delicate wash bag (a pillowcase works too).
Washing Cycle: Use cold water with mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
Drying: Shake off excess water and air dry—avoid using a dryer.
Tip: The shoes will regain their original shape after one or two wears.
Non-Machine-Washable Shoes
For shoes that are not machine washable, gentle hand-cleaning is recommended to protect the materials and ensure longevity. Follow these steps:
Surface Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the surface.
Hand Washing: Mix a little warm water with mild detergent, and gently scrub the shoes with a soft brush.
Wipe Down: Use a damp cloth to wipe away any excess cleaning solution.
Drying: Remove the insoles and air dry the shoes at room temperature—avoid direct sunlight and radiators.
Note: Some materials, such as canvas or faux leather, may lose their shape or get damaged if machine washed.

I had to go a size up but love them!
I was unsure buying without trying on as I've bought quite a few which just don't quite fit and often aren't wide enough despite being barefoot shoes. I took the risk and am very pleased with the 2 pairs I bought. These are lightweight but with a thick enough sole to cope with rocky ground. They are very comfortable and give plenty of space to my short but wide feet. I will be looking to buy more for winter.
A revelation for your feet awaits you. I've been reading about the virtues of barefoot shoes for years. Then a double coincidence - news on benefits of barefoot during gym weights workouts + actually seeing some fellow gym pumpers wearing them. I sidelined the spod factor and bought some Saguaros - initial size too big; no quibble swap out to right size, postage free - genius. AND most importantly, walking in them makes my feet sing with unbridled joy - they move as nature intended, and as the shoe industry works entirely against. Enough evangelism. Happy strolling amigos
A little disappointed that these aren’t as comfortable as my previous two pairs. Free I and smart II… they’re narrower across the top of the foot so I have to have the laces at max width. I have a wide foot so I was hoping they’d be ok. I did email and ask the question and was assured these would be fine (like the other ones I have) I’m hoping they’ll give a bit once I wear them in 🤞🏽 😊

However, we recognise that the perceived width is not determined solely by the measurements; it is also influenced by various factors such as the stretch of the upper material, the thickness of the insole and the shoe’s structural design, which can lead to differences in the actual fit. We have taken careful note of your comments and will pass them on to the product team, so that greater attention can be paid to these details in future pattern optimisations.
We hope that, as you wear the shoes more, they will gradually mould to the shape of your feet.
These seem to fit better than the first pair! They also perform well in the gym for squats and functional training.
These are all I wear now, except on rainy days 👍
They feel great. The feeling of firm contact with the ground is a welcomed change from standard shoes. They have great traction/hold on to surfaces. The only warning I'd give is you're going to feel every stone, root, ledge edge, etc. Prepare for it, and if it still suits you, go for it.
I bought these for the gym but I've ended up wearing them everywhere because they are so comfortable! I am going to have to buy another pair JUST for the gym now 🫣
They are extremely comfortable. My feet can breathe. Need to break them in more for my feet to adjust from super cushy shoes to this but so far have walked on them for decent amount of time without any problems.

We would like to explain that our recommended sizing allows for an extra 1.2 cm to 1.8 cm of space beyond your actual foot length. This design feature allows your toes to spread naturally inside the shoe—a key characteristic of barefoot-style footwear. While this extra room might look larger than what you are used to with traditional shoes, it is actually intended to let your feet move naturally while walking.
However, if the shoes feel more than 2–3 cm too large, that exceeds our recommended range and could affect your walking experience. In that case, we suggest trying a size smaller. We offer free exchanges, so please feel free to contact us anytime; we would be happy to help you find the right fit. 🙏
Bought these for the hubs who was experiencing numb toes after total knee replacement surgery. He’s had them a week and is already asking for a second pair. Not sure it has helped to subside the numbness but has certainly helped to improve his balance and confidence when he walks.
This is my fourth pair of barefoot shoes all the others from different suppliers.
These are the most comfortable and cool on my feet. They are my go to shoes for dry weather walking and dog walking on woodland terrain. All future barefoot orders will be with Saguaro
Up until this pair of shoes, all of my purchases have been immediately wearable. This pair had very sharp plastic edges on the tongue that painfully dug into the tops of my feet, as if they weren’t properly finished edges.
Because I hate returning items because of the hassles and wait times, I used an Emory board (nail file) to smooth the rough edges and that has made them wearable and more comfortable.

I have 2 of the shoes and I hardly feel them on they are so comfortable
No more tying shoelaces.
Would have been good to know they were being shipped from China rather than U.K. which meant longer wait times, half sizes would have been good too as I had to order 10.5 rather than 10 U.K. size.
The shoes look good and I’m told are very comfortable. Unfortunately they fit snug and I should have ordered a size larger . But my daughter-in-law loves them .
