At Saguaro®, we strive to deliver amazing products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We provide a 30-day warranty on all products.

Return Process

1. Please contact us on our website, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
2. After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
3. Hand in your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We only accept returns that are shipped and sold by saguaro.com.
4. We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
5. We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.
6. Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out. We are not responsible for returning non-Saguaro products. Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
