Orders placed through TikTok Shop will have their after-sales service handled within the TikTok platform. For orders placed on our official website, after-sales service will be provided directly on the website where the purchase was made.

First, check your order number. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes your order number in the subject and body. It usually starts with two letters (representing the site) followed by numbers. You can identify the correct site for after-sales service based on the first two letters of the order number.
