It's up to you. If you wear it for water fun, then we recommend you not to put on socks. But if you wear water shoes for daily use, then a pair of socks could be a good idea.

     It is completely normal to feel muscle soreness when switching to barefoot shoes from traditional shoes. Wearing traditional fashion shoes for a long time can cause an imbalance in the muscles that make up the foot, ankle, and lower leg.
     When you first try barefoot shoes, it takes time to adapt to the correct toe distribution and ankle force. Therefore, we recommend new buyers refer to the following wearing tips:
     Wear barefoot shoes for 1-2h for the first 4-7 days when you are walking, running, or training.
     If you feel your body cannot accept wearing barefoot shoes for 1-2h, try 30-45 min at the beginning. You can gradually increase the period after getting used to it.
